At the December meeting it was decided that RYHA will implement a change in the color of helmets required at the travel level.
A motion was passed to phase in the use of black helmets at level 1 and 2 (A and B levels). This will be phased in over a period of 3 years with the required change date of the 2011-2012 season. Either black or red is acceptable until this time.
Please be aware of this as you make future helmet purchases for your player. This will apply to A and B level only and will not affect the Mite Hockey Association and our Rookies, Termites, and Supermites.
